Professional background
Dr Lanre Onabolu is a consultant in periodontology. He graduated with an honours dental degree and went on to work within general dental practice for a few years before embarking on specialist training in periodontology at the Eastman Dental Hospital. At the end of his specialist training, he was awarded a masters of clinical dentistry and the specialty membership from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.
He is involved in treatment and management of patients and teaching of postgraduate trainees.
He is an examiner for the overseas registration examination and the Royal College of Surgeons,Edinburgh.
