Non-voting member of the board
Liz O’Hara was appointed as joint chief people officer across UCLH and Whittington Health in March 2024, having held the role of director of workforce at UCLH since February 2021. Liz has held a number of senior workforce roles across the NHS, including head of human resources at Imperial College NHS Foundation Trust, deputy director of workforce and interim director of workforce at UCLH and took on a secondment as interim director of workforce at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in 2018. Her particular interests are staff experience, engagement and partnership working, and Liz is delighted to be able to be able to take this opportunity to promote stronger collaboration across the two organisations.
