The Research Department at the Royal London Hospital for Integrated Medicine (RLHIM) is a leading centre for the research of integrated and self-care approaches to health. We conduct a range of evaluations and research studies with the aim of improving services for patients at RLHIM and within the wider NHS.
The department works with a number of leading national and international partners in conducting research within the field. The department additionally supervises post graduate research students in collaboration with a number of UK universities. The department has received over one million pounds in research funding, including awards from the National Institute for Health Research and World Health Organisation. The research has been disseminated in over 200 publications.
