The children's FGM service is a dedicated monthly multidisciplinary clinic for girls under 18 years old who have had, are suspected to have had, or who may be at risk of having, FGM.
We offer sensitive and appropriate care for affected children and young people.

Where do your tertiary referrals come from?
Social services, health professionals, as well as self referals. The clinic offers a second opinion on DVD recordings of genital examinations from clinicians working nationally in other services where FGM is suspected.
