We welcome your feedback about your experience of NHNN and NCC. Your comments will be used to monitor and improve the service we provide.
If you would like to speak to the nurse in charge, the unit manager or a matron, please ask the nurse caring for you relative to arrange this for you.
You may be approached by a volunteer offering you the opportunity to complete a short, anonymous feedback survey. We would be very grateful for your feedback but we understand that you may not feel like completing a survey at the time so please do not feel concerned about declining the offer.
