Diasend is being upgraded to Glooko. The children and young people's diabetes team at UCLH will be switching on Friday 12 August.
Once we have upgraded our Diasend box to Glooko, Diasend users will receive an email inviting them to set up Glooko and create an account.
The invite email will be sent automatically to the email address used to set up your Diasend account.
What you need to do:
Choose one of two options:
If you can, please set up your Glooko account before your next appointment and upload at home so this process does not take time away from your clinic appointment.
What you need to know:
If you have already set up a Glooko account (without following a link) you will need the UCLH Pro-connect code which we will be given when we upgrade.
Upgrading to Glooko involves installing the Glooko uploader. Those using CamAPS should not upgrade to Glooko.
Please continue to upload your devices at home prior to your clinic appointments. If you are unable to upload at home, we will help link to Glooko when you next upload your device in clinic.
