EpicCare Link UCLH

EpicCare Link UCLH is a web-based solution that allows GPs (and other healthcare partners) to access information about patients they have referred to UCLH.

With EpicCare Link UCLH, you can check admissions, waiting lists, discharges, Emergency Department attendances, outpatients and UCLH-ordered results.

The system utilises DocMan Connect to transfer hospital correspondence into either the practice DocMan inbox or MESH (depending on practice set-up and preference).

All new requests for community clinicians or administrative users (that are not Neurophysiology users), need to be submitted by your designated site administrator. To appoint a new site administrator, please request a new account and be sure to tick the box which indicates you will be site administrator ahead of submission. If you are requesting a Neurophysiology account, please follow the process instructed on the EpicCare Link request page.

EpicCare Link accounts are locked if not used for 90 days.

If you need help with EpicCare Link UCLH, please email your request to: uclh.ehrs.outpatients@nhs.net

Joined up health and care records have two elements:
