Single person accommodation – UCLH residences

UCLH is able to offer residential accommodation to staff, which is managed by Notting Hill Genesis. The accommodation comprises of single person rooms, let on a fully furnished basis with a minimum of a wash hand basin and shared bathroom/shower and kitchen facilities. Many of rooms have recently been upgraded with more improvements planned in the future.

Location-wise, you are within a stone's throw (or a very short taxi ride) of Euston and the Eurostar terminal at St Pancras, Selfridges is on your doorstep, as are some of the best restaurants in the capital. You are also within walking distance of Regent's Park, the Embankment, Mayfair and Shepherd's Market.

The rent for accommodation in the residences for UCLH staff is detailed in the table below. Rent is fully inclusive of utility bills, except for Wifi. Free Wifi only applies for new style en-suite rooms.

UCLH employees have rent deducted directly from their monthly salary. A refundable deposit of one month's rent is also payable. (Prices effective from 1 April 2023).

All of our accommodation is let on an assured shorthold tenancy basis, typically for six months. We only need one month's notice in writing when you want to leave.
