EMSOS 2022

In October 2022 The London Sarcoma Service was honoured to host the 34^th annual meeting and the 22^nd nursing and allied health professionals meeting of the European Musculo-Skeletal Oncology Society (EMSOS). It was held in the QE2 Conference Centre in Westminster and attended by 638 delegates from 53 countries. 

The conference was a huge success with an excellent academic programme including 251 podium presentations, 80 posters, 6 interactive sessions and 4 debates. It also provided delegates with a fantastic opportunity to network and discuss international collaborations with sarcoma specialists across the World. 

Guests were invited to organised tours of Westminster Abbey, the Changing of the Guards at Buckingham Palace and a 'Fun Run' across London as well as a Gala Dinner on the 'Dixie Queen' boat with stunning views across the Thames.
