Professional background
Dr John Chan is a consultant audiovestibular physician at the Royal National ENT and Eastman Dental Hospitals, University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. He specialises in the diagnosis and management of hearing and balance problems. Dr. Chan qualified from Imperial College London in 2006 and has successfully completed the specialist Audiovestibular Medicine Training Programme in London.
He is fully accredited as an audiovestibular physician on the General Medical Council (GMC) and on the Specialist Register for Audiovestibular Medicine. He also holds a master’s degree in Audiovestibular Medicine from University College London, Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons and a diploma in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. He is a GMC-recognised trainer and is committed to training the next generation of audiovestibular specialists.
