PALS can be accessed by visiting the office at either UCH Monday to Friday (closed all day Wednesday), or the NHNN Wednesday to Friday 9am – 4pm or by telephone (020 3447 3042); email: email@example.com.
During times of high volumes of enquiry, our opening hours may differ from those advertised.
There is a dedicated voicemail service at both sites when an officer is not available or the office is closed. PALS endeavour to answer all voice and email messages.
